Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of Energy Brokerage and Bureau Services to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money. The bureau element will involve bill validation and include associated services such as cost recovery, monitoring, reporting usage, via a portal, and full query resolution. The brokerage element will consist of a fully managed energy procurement service and associated support, including ongoing market information. The energy procurement must be carried out in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Citizen would like to create a genuine collaboration with a skilled energy service provider for a 2 year contract with a 6 month optional extension. If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal. The `Express Interest` button will only appear on the Tender Management page if you are logged in. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff.
