London Borough of Croydon Children with Disabilities Service are currently reviewing the following service provisions; • Short break provision • Care packages • Family support • Parent/Carer assessments. With this soft market test and request for information we are providing you with advanced indication of our intentions in relation to the potential recommissioning of Short Break and associated support activities for Disabled Children and Young People in Croydon. We are also requesting information regarding your company and the services you provide. This soft market test and request for information will complement feedback we are requesting from parents/carers. We hope that with the market's views, the capacity of the market to supply these services and the level of interest it will help inform our future commissioning intentions. The document contains requests for information in key areas that will help to inform the authority on the options available for future service delivery. This is not a formal tender opportunity and there is no guarantee of any tender opportunity arising following this period of soft market testing. Any subsequent tenders will be advertised accordingly via The London Tenders Portal. Participants are invited to respond to the key questions in Section 4, Request for Information in the Market Testing document concerning the potential services to be procured and their own organisation. The Council is using the London Tenders portal to conduct this exercise, which can be accessed using this link https://www.londontenders.org. The use of this system allows a full audit trail of communication with providers to ensure fair treatment as well as to maintain full confidentiality for the market test questionnaire received. The completed market test questionnaire should be uploaded no later than 28/08/2020 and should be returned to the Council using the London Tenders Portal electronic tendering system only. If you require assistance in using the London Tenders portal please contact their Support Helpdesk by email ProContractTenderers@proactis.com for all support issues. This will auto-log a support ticket. On logging a ticket, if you have not already logged one before, you will be issued with a registration email that will give you instructions to allow you to log in, log, review and update your own tickets. In emergency situations you can contact their Support Service Desk on +44 (0)20 7539 2828. Please note the Support Service Desk will not be able to answer any market test specific enquiries.
