The Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with interested supplier organisations in order to identify possible options for the procurement of a Census Field Force People Services Partner, who may provide services including the recruitment, payroll, human resources (HR) management, and training that are associated with the delivery and support of the field force that will help deliver the 2019 Rehearsal and 2021 Census for all households and communal establishments in England and Wales. Any supplier organisation that may be interested in participating in the early market engagement must email the Contracting Authority at census2021.transformation.programme@ons.gov.uk.
