Replacement of Heating Boiler - Fort Royal School Worcester - Short Deadline

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified M&E, HVAC Contractors to carry the replacement of the Heating Boilers at Fort Royal School Worcester. The project is centred around the replacement of faulty boiler plant and hot water generator. All of the works are associated within the existing main boiler room located at ground level to the front of the school. There is a detailed programme of works cantered around the school term and holidays. Phase 1: 14th August to 4th September 2017 Phase 2: 5th September to 20th October 2017 Phase 3: 21st October to 29th October 2017 Phase 4: 30th October to 10th November 2017 If successful the contractor must agree that the works can be undertaken and completed in accordance with the client's programme of works. Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
