Rugby Borough Council seeks to establish a contract to maintain, repair or replace any domestic power, lighting, space and water heating, and all their associated electrical installations, as and when instructed and where necessary or directed to do so, working where applicable to the council's Electrical Safety Management Policy and Procedures. All work will be as specified in a tendered schedule of rates and shall include labour and materials unless otherwise stated. Properties covered will include occupied dwellings, void dwellings and communal areas. It is envisaged that the awarded contract will be for a period from 02 October 2017 to 1st October 2020, with a possible 1-year extension to 1st October 2021.
