Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) manage 35 Independent Living accommodation locations across the borough, containing approximately 1050 properties. Each of these sites operates a Telecare System supplied by Tunstall, including door entry control and emergency alert functionality. NBBC are seeking a provider who will be able to provide a reactive repair service to maintain the equipment in operating condition. Once notified of a requirement, a service response shall be undertaken within 24 hours and will be available 365 days per year including bank holidays. The contract will have an initial period of 2 years, with two optional 1 Year extension options subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
