A Contractor Framework covering Design and Build or partial Design and Build linked to Sanctuary's new homes programme for housing and residential blocks. The Framework will be broken down into 7 Regions as follows: - Scotland, North West, North East, Midlands, South West, London & SE and the East. Each Region is divided into 5 Value Bands as follows: £0-2.5m. £2.5-7.5m, £7.5 - 12.5m, £12.5-25m, £25m+. Contractor are not limited to how many Lots they apply for but awards will be limited to 3 Value Bands per region
