Tenders are invited for the provision of a service to undertake the conversion of existing Statements of SEN to EHC Plans as part of the Transfer Review process. An earlier stage of this process involves the local authority obtaining relevant advice and information relating to the child or young person's special educational, health and social care needs. Once it has been obtained, the local authority will provide the Service Provider with all relevant advice and information, along with a copy of the existing Statement of SEN, to enable the Service Provider to write the child or young person's draft EHC plan.
