Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified M&E, HVAC Contractors to carry the replacement of the Oil Fired Heating Boilers and Associated Plant at the County Highways Ringway Depot Warndon Worcester WR4 0ZW The Contract will involve the following works associated with the ground floor boiler room: Strip out of existing oil fired boilers and associated flues Strip out of redundant oil and LTHW services. Strip out of thermal insulation. Careful disconnection of existing electrical services and automatic controls services. Supply and installation of new oil fired boilers with matched burners. Supply and installation of new flues. Modification of existing oil and LTHW pipework services to suit new boilers. Pipework painting and thermal insulation. Supply and installation of Automatic Controls and electrical services for new boilers/burners. Builder's works and making good. Testing, commissioning and Client demonstration. As fitted drawings and O&M manuals on completion. Suppliers taking part in this tender must commit if successful to meet the client's programme of works. Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
