Northumberland County Council has a requirement to support homeless people in Northumberland and wishes invite tenders from potential providers for the delivery of homeless accommodation support services to meet this need. Delivery of the Service will be split into the following three Lots: Lot 1: Emergency crashpad accommodation / Direct access single male or female age 18 years and over Lot 2: Accommodation based support for single male or female with complex needs aged 18 Years and over Lot 3: Accommodation based support for single male and female with low needs aged 18-25 years It is intended that the new contract will commence in 2017 and will be issued for an initial period of 2 years and one additional year optional extension.
