UCL is planning to purchase the services of a provider who can provide positive and proactive communications within the EDUCATE project team and UCL more widely, plus key stakeholders, including the majority match-funders. This service provider will provide key linkage with the academic community in London and provide important profile nationally and internationally for the EDUCATE community, team and project. The outward facing responsibilities of the role will focus on existing and potential clients of EDUCATE, taking proactive action in, for instance, recording case studies and stories which can be used to promote and raise awareness of the functions, advantages and benefits of EDUCATE as a new enterprise. It is planned that the provider for this stream of work will be appointed for 31 weeks from 4 September 2017 to 6 April 2017 on a one day per week basis. Your Tender should demonstrate how this can be spent most efficiently. All Bidders must have annual turnover of at least half the estimated contract value.
