UCL is planning to purchase the services of a provider who can provide a clear vision and specification for the EDUCATE virtual Hub, user experience and user Journey. It is planned that the provider for this stream of work will be appointed for 31 weeks from 4 September 2017 to 6 April 2017 on a two days per week basis. All Bidders must have annual turnover of at least half the estimated contract value.
