NHS England is pleased to confirm that it is close to launching the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the International Recruitment of GPs Framework. We anticipate that it will issue a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and undertake an open procedure procurement exercise. We envisage that this process will commence during August 2017. Bid submissions from organisations seeking to be part of the Framework must be submitted within 30 days. The ITT bid response deadline is expected to be in September 2017. NHS England invites organisations to attend a pre-ITT launch conference call to provide an update on the proposed framework agreement and to explain the timelines that will apply to the procurement process. Suppliers are invited to register their interest in attending a pre-ITT launch conference calls schedule to take place week commencing Monday 24th July 2017: Places will be limited as follows: • A maximum of x2 attendees only per supplier. To register suppliers will be required to: • Register via e-mail to england.intrecruitment@nhs.net • Confirm which organisation it is representing; • Provide the contract details of a maximum of two representatives to join the call (i.e. Name, Job title, E-mail address and Phone Number for each requested attendee); and Final registrations must be received by no later than 12:00 on Wednesday 19th July 2017. Failure to register in time or to follow the instructions outlined above may see your registration request declined or not responded to. NHS England will confirm conference call details with all suppliers who have registered correctly and their nominated representatives by 12:00 on Friday 21st July. GENERAL NOTES: 1. Organisations who have already registered with NHS England via its e-tendering portal and responded to the Request for Information exercise held earlier this year for the International Recruitment of GP's Framework, do not need to register again. Suppliers already registered should respond to the message that was issued via the e-tendering portal on 22.06.17 and not to this Contracts Finder notice. 2. Suppliers who are not currently registered on to the NHS England e-tendering portal, will be given instructions on how to do so during the pre-launch ITT conference calls. 3. Suppliers should be aware that all registered suppliers will be given an opportunity to ask any questions via the pre-ITT launch conference call. If suppliers would like to raise any questions in advance of the call, they should be sent to england.intrecruitment@nhs.net, by no later than 12:00 on 19.07.17. 4. Suppliers who registered for the sessions originally scheduled to take place on 5/7/17 do not need to re-apply. NHS England will contact those registered to confirm the alternative arrangements for the conference call. 5. The proposed timelines outlined in this notice are indicative and subject to change.
