We recognise that PRINCE2 is a best practice methodology for formal project management therefore we have selected this flexible approach to ensure that individuals undertaking project manager or project team roles understand how to effectively structure and run a project from beginning to end. To assume the role of a project manager within the public sector, it is essential that individuals understand and apply the principles, processes and themes to the diverse range of projects that they may be required to work on.
