12 Great Break compromises off a new 20sqm extension which is located at the side and rear elevation which will accommodate a downstairs bedroom and an EnSuite shower room. The extension is going to be built in accordance with DDA requirements. Other works included within this project are; new central heating, kitchen replacement, windows and door replacement and associated external works. At this stage the council just requires the completion and return of the PQQ document. The tender documents are uploaded for compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
