Hard Facilities Management Including Building Maintenance for KMPT, MCH and KCHFT

Kent & Medway Partnership Trust (KMPT), Medway Community Healthcare (MCH) and Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT) Estates Divisions, are seeking to complete a collaborative procurement exercise through a restricted process, and in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, to appoint a suitable supplier to provide an Estates Service to deliver; a)Maintenance of Scheduled Building Elements b)Maintenance of Scheduled Engineering Services Infrastructure c)Maintenance of Scheduled Plant and Equipment The provision of Service will include statutory inspections and testing, and all specified planned preventive maintenance (PPM). Reactive Maintenance and Minor Works projects are additional to the required service, and will be costed separately through quotations or schedule of rates (SOR's) dependant on values, complexity and efficiencies.
