Harborough District Council is assessing the market for development and operation of its Leisure Centre Facilities and is conducting market consultations with a view to preparing the procurement and informing economic operators of their procurement plans and requirements. The Council intends to identify an appropriate partner organisation (or organisations) to invest in, develop and manage the facilities and services on its behalf, to ensure they continue to run cost effectively, are sustainable and remain inclusive and accessible to its customers.
