Morecambe Bay Partnership (MBP) wishes to appoint a senior creative professional, or team of professionals, to act as Chair of the Understand Focus Group. The Understand Focus Group brings together experts to oversee interpretation, creative and artistic works within Morecambe Bay Partnership's broad programmes of work between 2017 and 2018. The Artistic advisor will: Provide independent expert artistic/creative advice and support to the team Support the team and its partners to identify key aims, objectives and requirements of the artistic programme Share their knowledge of artistic product to help the team curate a suitable programme of artistic work to meet these objectives to an identified budget and timescale. Further documentation including the LCAP and the Interpretation Strategy will be provided at interview or at inception meeting. Offer practical support in the scoping, curating, commissioning, programming, delivery and evaluation of artistic work. Deliver the above outputs to ensure that all projects are completed successfully, within the timescale provided, meeting all funder requirements and outcomes and leaving a sustainable legacy. The facilitator will work closely with the Director of Morecambe Bay Partnership, the H2H Heritage Delivery Officer and other stakeholders as required.
