The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a Contractor to undertake the demolition of the redundant and derelict Kiveton Pit Head Baths, Rotherham. The two-storey brick building was constructed in 1938 and remained in use until closure of the pit in the 1990s. The building has been stripped of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs). The minimum level of Public Indemnity & Employers Liability and Damage to Property insurance cover needed for this contract is £5 million
