Cyclical building inspection and maintenance services - fire risk assessments.
The London Borough of Waltham Forest is re-procuring its cyclical inspection contract service for fire risk assessments for the whole of its corporate property estate, covering over 160 sites.
The contract will be procured through a restricted 2 stage tender process as follows:
1. Pre-qualification (PQQ) stage – submissions will be evaluated on basis of the bidders’ financial standing, technical ability and capacity based on evaluation information disclosed in the PQQ document. It is envisaged that 5 companies which pass the pass / fail criteria and receive the highest scores, would be invited to invitation to tender (ITT) stage;
2. For the ITT stage - submissions will be evaluated on basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the specifications, in the invitation to tender or to negotiate or in the descriptive document.
