The London Borough of Waltham Forest is re-procuring its cyclical maintenance contracts for Fire Alarm Maintenance Services for the whole of its corporate property estate, covering over 160 sites. The scope of the service is detailed in section II.1 above.
The contract will be procured through a restricted two stage tender process as follows:
1. Pre qualification (PQQ) stage – submissions will be evaluated on basis of the bidders’ financial standing and technical ability and capacity based on evaluation information disclosed in the PQQ document. It is envisaged that 5 companies which pass the pass/ fail criteria and receive the highest scores, would be invited to submit an ITT.
2. Invitation to tender (ITT) stage – submissions will be evaluated on basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the specifications, in the invitation to tender or to negotiate or in the descriptive document.
