The City of Edinburgh Council requires the supply of Back To Laboratory Saliva Based Test Kits & Screening for controlled and illegal drugs and a Confirmation Testing service when required. Integral to this requirement will be the ability to provide web-based Results which will support the DTTOs (Drug Treatment and Testing Order) success in delivering an effective service to the Scottish Courts.
