Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of the Midlands Engine, is seeking to appoint a provider to develop a clear route map to the formation of the legal entity of a Development Corporation by March/April 2021. This locally led Development Corporation will oversee the growth opportunities for the region associated with HS2 in Toton.
