The scope of the project is to seek a specialist technical advisor to review Hull City Hall's operating model to identify options for capitalising on the legacy resulting from Hull's year as City of Culture and the new cultural landscape. The key objectives of the technical advisor are: to conduct a consultation with key stakeholders to identify and assess future aspirations and requirements in relation to the facility, leading to a future Vision for the facility; and to prepare a full options appraisal, incorporating any indicative cost to change information, with the key objective of determining the most appropriate, sustainable and efficient future delivery/operating model to deliver these requirements in respect of Hull City Hall.
