It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation ("LLDC") as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract for the frame and roof works for the University of the Arts London building at the Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park ("QEOP"). The works required are intended to include (without limitation) cores, external and internal public lift cores, structural frame, roofs and hub terraces, plant rooms and areas, builders works and fire protection, staircases and ramps, as more particularly described in the procurement documents.
