This purchase is for software development and operational support for the NRHE to HERs website for year 1 of the NRHE to HERs data transfer project. This forms part of the DCMS Culture White Paper commitment: Heritage Information Access Strategy. The purchase will make provision for up to 10 HERs to take part in the project by accessing and accessioning the NRHE for their respective areas into the local HER. The proposed purchase will cover the following: 1. Uploading of NRHE data for to up to 10 HERs onto NRHE to HERs website 2. Operation of NRHE to HERs website between 1 March 2019 and end 2020, to include to following: User registration and administration Mapping interface to show NRHE data & accessioning status Ability to view & filter NRHE data in a list and as individual records Data downloads for NRHE and NMP spatial data (shp and tab formats) Progress monitoring (by accessioning status and rates) Cosmetic updates to NRHE to HER website (menu, page titles etc) to reflect website is no longer a prototype, where these can't changes can't be undertaken by HE Support to allow HE to update and manage web pages in CMS 3. Creation of parallel test and training website. 4. Testing the NRHE to HERs website.
