Charnwood Borough Council are seeking quotations for Consultancy in respect of Project Management services for the Sheltered Housing Review. The contract will start in October 2019 with a contract length of approximately 18 months, with the option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months. The aim of this contract is the appointment a Project Management Consultant to: Develop a Project Plan for the Sheltered Housing Review Implement the Project Plan Tender and appoint an Architect using an OJEU process Identify a mechanism to appoint a Builder Tender and appoint a Builder Manage the build process Last requests for documents will be the 29th August 2019, with tenders to be returned by 12 Noon on the 10th September 2019.
