HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) invited suppliers who confirmed their interest in receiving HMRC research commissions from Lot 3 of the BEIS Research and Evaluation Framework to undertake independent quantitative and qualitative research with businesses to develop our understanding of how the plastic packaging market functions, including the impact of a tax associated with the use of recycled content in plastic packaging.
