Devon County Council (DCC) operates components of Oracle E-Business Suite to perform its payroll operations and to pay the employees of DCC and various other organisations. In addition, Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases and systems underpin many of Devon County Council's key business critical services. Devon County Council wishes to engage a suitably accredited supplier to provide a comprehensive support and maintenance service for Oracle E-Business Suite software to include Oracle database administration (DBA)services and the provision of Microsoft SQL DBA services. The period of this contract will be for three (3) years with optional two (2) x twelve (12) months extensions to a maximum term of five (5) years.
