The Authority has statutory obligations in relation to the investigation of Children's Social Care complaints under the Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulations 2006. The Authority is seeking a supplier to provide provision of stage 2 Independent Investigating Officers & Independent Person and stage 3 Panellist & Chair service. The Contract will be for a period 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 5 years (3+2). The anticipated annual Contract value is 42,250, therefore the total anticipated value of the Contract is 211,250. These figures are estimates due to the service being demand led.
