Thirteen Housing Group is seeking assistance for the In-House team to undertake Electrical Upgrades to a number of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Flats, Bungalows and Houses. The properties are located across the Thirteen Estate. This work will be undertaken in conjunction with the internal team who are acting as principal contractor. The Contract will be operated on a "Supply and Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
