2.1. The service consists of providing legal services support for the recovery of leasehold debt. The service provider must be a Law Society Regulated SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) that possesses experience of working with public sector organisations and in particular local authorities/ALMOs. It is expected that the total value of contract will be 150K. in addition there will be court fee reimbursements of approx. 135K
