Horsham District Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake a viability assessment of the Local Plan review, the purpose of which is to help inform the development of Local Plan Policies and the identification and allocation of sites. The duration of the Contract is anticipated to be for around three months. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 21 October 2019. The Council is procuring this contract following a Quotation process, and intends to award the Contract to one organisation.
