South Tees Site Company Limited (STSC) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver an annual maintenance and emergency call out service for the fire sprinkler and deluge systems installed across the site's premises. The service will comprise of two specific elements as defined below: - 1) Annual system maintenance including pump maintenance 2) Emergency call out provision Full details can be found in the attached ITT document. To fully understand the scope of the services to be provided, a site visit is arranged for this work.
