The framework is for the supply and delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester and CBC Distribution Centres as directed and where required, direct to eligible end-user establishments, of a range of Portable gymnastic mats/field event landing areas/exercise mats & mat trolleys. The Lots are further clarified at the end of Section II and full details are provided within the Invitation to Tender. Whilst initially for use by local authorities served by ESPO and CBC (see www.espo.org and www.cbconline.org.uk for further details), being Central Purchasing Bodies as defined by the EU Combined Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC, the Framework Agreement may also be open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords.
