Description and structure of the framework agreement:
The Council is proposing to let a framework agreement for the Supply & Delivery of Heating, Plumbing (Sanitaryware) and Rainwater Goods; the framework will include the following type of goods:
Gas Boilers and Spares.
Gas Fires and Spares.
Cooker Spares.
Radiators, Extension Pieces and Valves.
Room/Cylinder Thermostats.
Programmers / Clocks.
Sundry Items: Cleaners, Sealants, Leak Indicators, Union Tails etc.
Lavatory Pans & Seats.
Baths and Panels.
Bathroom Sets.
Wash Basins and Pedastals.
Cisterns with fixtures and fittings.
Macerators.
Sink Tops.
Float Valves / Ball Valves / Floats / Syphons.
Fittings, Taps, Copper Fittings.
Showers and Equipment.
Copper Tube.
Compression Fittings / Gas Valves / Stop Cocks / Isolating Valves.
Consumables: Anti Corrosion Tape, Flux, PTFE Liquid & Tape, Solder Wire, Steel Wool etc.
Pipe Insulation.
Washers and Rings.
Various Aluminium Rainwater Guttering.
Plastic Products - Above Ground, Below Ground and Waste Fittings.
Roundline Guttering.
Push-fit Waste items.
Drainage and soil pipes.

Contract value: The estimated value over the maximum term of 4 years is 1 400 000 GBP excluding VAT. The framework will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
