The Royal Parks are seeking expressions of interest for repair works to resolve the issues of damp and moisture penetration into the Conference room at the Lido and to prevent further damage occurring as a result. The works will include replacement of the existing screed floor with a new non-permeable screed and all associated making good; the injection of a water reactive material to prevent the movement of water through the cavity retaining wall; and the installation of a new holt melt structural waterproofing system on the roof slab, together with an upgrade to the existing roof drainage.
