Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent service providers for the provision of a young people’s health agency. This agency provides services to young people aged 11-18 in relation to smoking cessation, drug and alcohol treatment and Tier 2 mental health counselling. The estimated annual value of the contract is £135,000. It will commence on 1 April 2013 for three years, with the option of a mutually agreed extension of up to one year. The contract will be based on Payment by Results. The procurement process will follow the ‘open’ procedure and may include an in-house tender.
