The University of Warwick Physics and Engineering Departments have a requirement for a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. The equipment has to be capable to measure optical properties of Si, Ge, SiGe, GeSn and SiC epilayers grown on various semiconductor substrates up to 200mm diameter.
