VisitEngland are inviting companies to quote for a database and CRM analysis. VisitEngland currently broadcast e-newsletters to its database with limited segmentation and targeting. We are tendering as we would like to better understand our database. Enhancing our profile information will drive our content requirements and also inform the relevance of our communications across all our digital channels. Ultimately we want to establish an integrated eCRM programme with an engaged and responsive audience who value communications received from VisitEngland and with advocacy at its core.
