Open invitation to tender for intellectual services in relation to the renovation works of the roof at the London Campus of ESCP EUROPE Business School, 527 Finchley Road, NW37BG, London. Closing date for entering bids: 9th November 2012, 16.00.
The Contractor's main duties will be to detail specifications of work to be done; propose working methods to be used and the planning and phasing of the project; formulate recommendations on how to contract and price work (piecework or lump sum).
At the end of this process, the contractor will produce an estimate for the works to be done; organise the tender for contractor works and will analyse applications and bids by other contractors. Optional services might be required and will be made available in the tender documentation. The Main Contractor will produce all written and graphical documents required for the submission of the official case files. Once the statutory case files are submitted, the Main Contractor will assist the Client in dealings with the Authorities to obtain all necessary consents.
