The Environment Agency is seeking to appoint a single specialist provider to deliver a package of two training courses covering business improvement techniques. The 'foundation' level will cover basic business improvements and approaches to enable staff to undertake their own business improvements. This contract also covers the provision of a follow-up course to train selected staff to a higher level in business improvement methodologies for example Six Sigma Greenbelt or similar. We anticipate that this will be achieved through provision of existing courses which will require minimal customisation to meet our needs i.e. tailoring examples to the work carried out by our organisation. We will provide relevant examples to the successful provider.
