Ordnance Survey require a coach travel service to transport 240 senior delegates attending The Cambridge Conference, Cambridge in July 2013. Coaches will need to be clean and modern. The journeys are detailed below: From Churchill College, to Corn Exchange Cambridge City centre 24/07/2013 at 13.45 returning at 17:15 From Churchill College to Masters Garden, Clare College on 24/7/2013 departing at 18:45 return at 22:15 From Churchill College to Corn Exchange,City Centre 25/07/2013 departing 8:45 returning 17:15 From Churchill College to Girton college 25/07/2013 to arrive at 19:15 and return at 23:00 From Churchill College to Corn Exchange, City Centre on 26/7/2013 to arrive at 9:15 returning 17:15 Timings are aprox and coach driver must be flexible. Participants are invited to submit a brief proposal which should be no more than one side of A4, summarising how this would be provided, together with a price.
