The Midland Academies Trust is an expanding multi academy trust which currently comprises of 3 Academies in Nuneaton, Warwickshire and a Studio College in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The Trust wish to appoint an experienced and professional organisation to provide a range of Human Resources services.
In addition to ongoing support there is an immediate need for policy development across the Trust.
Currently the Academies have individual arrangements for HR support.
The successful organisation will be required to bring together a new level of consistency across the Trust.
The envisaged contract start date is 1st Feb 2013.
The contract duration will be for an initial 1 year with annual option to extend to a maximum duration of 3 years.
