An external research agency is required to undertake research on the views and experiences of those who have made and defended money claims. HM Courts & Tribunals Service is interested in the experiences and views of the services and processes of both individuals and professionals making and defending money claims. The aim of the research will be to provide information about areas where the processes could be improved to deliver better services and to identify factors that facilitate or deter people from submitting and defending claims online This is a further competition against Science and Research Group (SRG) Methods and Topics Based Framework Agreement, whose procurement was completed by the Home Office and is not open to others. The mini competition will be against the Methods and Topics Lots.
