Dartford Borough Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Dartford Town Centre Regeneration Project - Phase 1A High Street - Works. The works consist of the excavation, reconstruction and repaving of Dartford High Street with high quality natural stone materials. The works also include the nearby area, Garden Area 4, in Market Street and the automated HVM bollard systems (3 No. locations). A key challenge of the project is to maintain safe and convenient access for businesses and visitors, so that they are able to operate as normally as possible. The works are to be procured through the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract April 2013 - Option A (priced contract with Activity Schedule).
