The Council require one contractor to provide a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing detached three storey Edwardian building based in Elland (including some internal remodelling and a single storey extension) to form a residential respite care facility with 13 bedrooms/bedsits and associated ancillary spaces. JCT Intermediate with Building Contractor's Design forms the terms of the contract and Tenderers must ensure that all the specified requirements of the project can be delivered. Due to the complexity of the works, Tenderers are required to attend an accompanied site visit (dates will be published via the messaging portal in due course).
