Consultancy services is required by Universal Credit (UC) to strengthen internal capabilities in the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive and successfully deliver a number of key objectives: (a) Provide clear incentives; (b) Simplify processes; (c) Reduce Differences. The department wish to appoint a small team to work with and upskill our current PMO team whilst embedding new and enhanced planning and reporting processes.
