The overall requirement is to provide the GVA Office and the members of the GVA TWG with a “crosstalk†performance evaluation of Ethernet (10/100Base-T and 1000Base-T) via Def Stan 23-09 compliant MIL-DTL-38999/l connectors and pin layouts. Noting that “crosstalk†is a particular concern for longer cable runs. Sufficient evidence of “crosstalk†performance needs to be gathered to determine and support these findings. At the end of the tests the Contractor is required to make the test plan and all of the test results available to the GVA Office for dissemination to the GVA TWG members and potentially others.
