The purpose of this tender is to set up a term contract for Surrey County Council (SCC) to allow the construction, refurbishment, maintenance and ecology monitoring of Balancing ponds, reed beds and petrol interceptors taking runs off from Surrey Highway's roads. The Contract term is guaranteed for the first 5 years. SCC have the option to extend annually (to a total maximum 5-year period at the Council's sole discretion).
